Shipping Policy

Jewelry orders for in-stock items will be shipped out within two business days.  Please allow time for
correspondence and construction of custom jewelry items.  A timeline for custom jewelry will be
worked out on an individual basis.

All Shipping is done through the United States Postal Service (USPS), unless requested otherwise.
Shipping insurance is NOT included in the shipping cost. If you prefer shipping insurance, please state
so in the comment field of your order.

If you receive a damaged item, do not open it. Instead, refuse delivery and have
the package returned un-opened.

Shipping Rates are as follows:
Priority Mail $8.00 allow 2-3 days
First Class $5.00 allow up to 10 days


Orders over $200: FREE SHIPPING

Taxes

Santa Fe, New Mexico sales tax is 8.129%

Return/Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance. Sabrinah’s Artisan Adornments supplies detailed descriptions
and accurate pictures of all jewelry to ensure that you are happy with your purchase.
If you wish to return or exchange your jewelry, please contact Sabrinah by email or phone within
10 days of your purchase.  Sabrinah’s Artisan Adornments will not be responsible for the shipping costs
of returned items.  Returned jewelry must arrive in an unworn, undamaged state and will incur a
15% re-stocking fee.
Exchanges will be shipped upon receipt of the original item.

Custom jewelry MAY NOT be cancelled or returned!  Exchanges or alterations to custom jewelry
can be discussed on an individual basis.

Sabrinah's Artisan Adornments will not be responsible for any errors in shipping information entered
during the ordering process. If you note that there is an error, please contact us at
sabrinah@sabrinahsart.com as soon as possible to correct this. We check our
e-mail and update orders prior to shipping all packages.

Cancellation policy

Please contact Sabrinah as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
 Any cancellations must take place before your jewelry is shipped
.

If your cancellation request is not received before your jewelry is shipped,
your order will fall under the return policy.

Custom Jewelry Policy

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to begin any custom jewelry order.  A payment link
will be sent to you via email to provide your deposit total and link for payment through paypal.
I routinely send photos of loose gemstones, sketches, and jewelry construction photos of custom
pieces through email.  This is an important part of the custom jewelry process.  Please be sure to
check your SPAM folder as emails may occasionally land there. Once you are satisfied with the look
of your jewelry, I will then send another paypal payment link for the remainder of your total. 

Payment for custom pieces is required within 7 days from receipt of payment link via email. Layaway is an option available to all customers. Please use the contact page for inquiries.

Once payment is received, your jewelry is shipped within 2 business days. 
Please note, custom jewelry MAY NOT be returned.  Exchanges or alterations to custom jewelry
can be discussed on an individual basis.
