Fit for a mermaid princess, this necklace is made from genuine pieces of white coral. The coral has been attached in a neck-line form by flexible, nylon-coated stainless steel cord. An intricate wire-weave surrounds the coral pieces as well, enhancing and strengthening its sculptural form. Silver starfish adorn the coral, hand made by the Karen Hill Tribes of Thailand. A large superior quality fluorite stone, approximately 12 carats, is the sparkling centerpiece of this wearable sculpture. The sea-like color of fluorite reminds us of the unique refreshing color of the ocean. Large curved tubes of hand-hammered sterling silver surround the neck, evenly spaced by Swarovski crystals and Thai silver. A large lobster clasp will attach to hammered sterling chain, making this necklace adjustable from 15 to 18 inches.
