Please allow time for correspondence if you have a special custom request order. Orders received before 10 a.m. are usually shipped out that business day, however, orders received thereafter will be shipped the following business day. Depending on your shipping method, you will be contacted with a tracking number if applicable and estimated delivery date if available. Shipping Rates are as follows: $0 - $199.99: Flat fee of $8.00 S & H Orders over $200: No S & H fees Taxes Sales Tax will be applied for all Pennsylvania shipments Return/Exchange Policy We pride ourselves in providing detailed descriptions and accurate pictures of all jewelry. However, if you wish to return or exchange any jewelry, please contact us by email within 10 days of purchase. Sabrinah's Artisan Adornments will not be responsible for the shipping cost of returned items. A refund will be granted minus a 15% restocking fee only if the jewelry is returned in its original un-damaged and sellable state. The re-stocking fee will not be applied to exchanges, only to returns. Exchange items will only be shipped up receipt of the original item.
