Do you accept credit cards? Yes we do How much is tax? If your live in Pennsylvania, then sales tax is 6%, but there is no sales tax if you're ordering from another state. How much is shipping and handling? Shipping and handling is free for all orders over $200, and only $8.00 for orders less than $200. What is your method of shipping? Currently we use USPS priority mail with insurance. How do you ship your items? All smaller items will be placed in anti-tarnish jewelry gift boxes as shown below and packed in bubble wrap in "Indestructo" mailers. We ship all items in "Indestructo" mailers as pictured below. They are crush-proof with 2 doubled walls and a 3-wall 200 lb durability test. |
Can I send an item as a gift to another address? Yes, please, just remember to fill out all necessary shipping information and let us know it's a present. We will ship the item in a gift box without any price tags or billing receipts, those will go to you. No surprises. I see something that is sold, can you make me another one? While no artwork can be exactly replicated, we can most certainly design and create a similar piece of jewelry for you at your request.
